ALL our casitas have a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove & oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Linens are provided and every unit has a purified water dispenser, air conditioning, one or more ceiling fans, and a safe for your valuables. Free wi-fi is available for our guests. We have a lovely swimming pool and cabaña for relaxing and entertaining.

Casitas #1 and #2 are located on the second level and provide excellent accommodations. Each has a private entrance. The interior is tastefully furnished in Mexican style with a king-size bed and a comfortable, built-in seven foot sofa in the combination living room/dining room. The sofa provides additional sleeping for one more person if necessary. The dining table has seating for four. The folding doors open onto your private palapa-covered patio where you can enjoy the fresh air and the views of the village and ocean. There are two lounge chairs on the patio for your comfort. The bathroom is designed with a hand-painted sink, hand-painted Mexican tiles and a large, walk-in tiled shower. The closet area offers plenty of storage. Both casitas have identical but reversed floor plans and there is a door between the patios that can be unlocked for families and friends who are traveling together and renting both casitas.

Casitas #3 and #4 are located on the third level. They are decorated in the same style as #1 and #2 and have a very similar layout, but their interiors are slightly larger and they have a better view of the ocean and coastline north over Sayulita towards San Pancho/San Francisco. The private patios are also larger and they have gas barbeque grills . As with #1 and #2, these casitas have identical but reversed floor plans and a door between the patios that can be unlocked for families and friends who are renting both casitas. This feature effectively provides a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom option while still allowing great privacy between the units.

Casita # 5 is located in a separate building and occupies the second and third stories of that building. On the second floor is a small private patio leading into a living room with a sofa-sleeper (double). Adjoining the living room is a dine-in kitchen with a  table and two chairs. A hallway leads from the kitchen/living room into the bedroom and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This casita has a queen size bed. The bedroom and living room windows offer excellent views.  There is also a kitchen window with views out onto the patio and the hillside beyond. A special feature of Casita #5 is the huge patio on the next level (third floor) with lounge chairs, a gas barbeque, a table and four chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with sink. The patio is partly covered and partly open to the sun and it offers expansive views.

Casita # 6 is our newest unit and offers a cozy, charming alternative for those on a budget. It is tucked under Casitas 1 & 2 and is located near the pool and entrance gate. The kitchen contains beautiful, handcrafted wood cabinets and stained concrete countertops. A dining table and two easy chairs complete the living/dining/kitchen area. The bedroom is accessed through an arched opening and the adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower. This casita has a queen size bed. A clever built-in sheving unit between the bedroom and living area offers storage and could even be used as a small desk. Large windows -- flanked by two beautiful stained-glass sidelights -- look out to the gardens, pool, common area, and neighborhood.

In addition to the refreshing pool with a cascading waterfall, our guests can enjoy a poolside area with a large gas barbeque, a bar with sink, a brick wood-fired pizza oven, and a dining table -- all under a stunning boveda (domed brick) ceiling. It's the perfect place to relax by the pool, entertain, or hold impromptu get-togethers.

 

The Villa is a perfect vacation rental that sleeps 4-6 and is located at the top of the property overlooking the village of Sayulita. The villa has two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a view of the ocean and surrounding hills through the sliding doors. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen-size bed and a twin bed plus a built-in sofa, as well as an ensuite bathroom and a balcony window. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and there is table service for 8-12 persons. A large gas BBQ grill is built into the patio outside the kitchen. The living area flows through the dining area out onto the patio that runs the entire length of the house. Stunning panoramic views of Sayulita, the ocean, and surrounding hills can be enjoyed from every room. The flat-panel TV has cable and the desk has an internet connection for your laptop. Both the living room and the TV room have built-in sofas that provide additional sleeping areas for children. There is a half-bath off the living room.
